Erin Skinner is the administrative assistant at Business Agents, supporting the business brokers to enable them to provide the best level of service in our industry. Erin has a solid background in reception, administration and client services in various industries, making her able to attend to the wide range of industries that the Business Agents brokers manage on a daily basis. These skills are founded and fostered from her childhood from having a family running their own business and experiencing the eb and flows from being self employed. Through previous roles and experience Erin has highly developed relationship building capabilities. With a genuine passion for customer service Erin has received letters of thanks from grateful clients, whom she went above and beyond to help.

With major studies in Primary and Early Childhood Education and minors in Linguistics, Sociology and Educational Psychology, Erin holds a Bachelor of Education from the University of Newcastle as well as being an experienced teacher in both Primary and Early Childcare fields.

Erin also holds a Diploma of Community Services, with focuses on Ethics, Social Justice, Client Relations and Community Development. Erin has also studied Certificate III in Business Administration.

From this unique and broad set of technical qualifications and background, Erin has formed highly developed interpersonal skills, which allow her to communicate proficiently with a diverse range of clients and adapt easily to new or changing environments.
